Hi,

I am John Cumming. I have been involved in media for nearly 30 years. Since 9/11, much of my time has been devoted to volunteer efforts in improving community media in Siskiyou.

SiskiyouTV is my own personal efforts. Right now I am footing all the bills and labor. For example, the most recent City of Mt. Shasta council meeting took 1.5 hours to shoot, 4 hours editing, 3 hours rendering and 2 hours uploading. It costs about $0.10/hour for each person that watches the online video plus hosting fees. By the time you add all this together it's time consuming and costly.

I would love SiskiyouTV to become a strong media resource for the Siskiyou County. For that to happen I need to find a source of funding.
